To provide an accurate quote, we need your event date, start and end time, venue location, estimated guest count, services you're interested in (bartending, 360 booth, speakers, etc.), and any special requests. The more detail you share, the faster we can build your custom package.

How many bartenders do I need for my event?

As a general rule, we recommend one bartender per 50–75 guests. For events with complex cocktail menus or high-volume service, additional bartenders help keep wait times short and guests happy.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial credit toward a future booking. Date changes are accommodated when possible, subject to availability.
